Do not use the Website if you do not agree with the below Terms of Service.

A limited number of Credits may be available to try out the services.

For continued use, you are required to purchase additional Credits.

Refunds can be issued ONLY for unused Credits if requested within 14 days. Refunds exclude payment processing fees (minimum 2.9% + $0.30).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You must not upload content protected by copyright which you do not own.

You must not copy or distribute any part of the Website for commercial purposes without a license.

We reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Website at anytime.

Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may sign in using email-based login codes or Google. By using Google login, you authorise us to access limited profile information.

We monitor accounts for fraudulent behaviour and will terminate offending accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account at our sole discretion.

Drawing Joy provides AI-powered photo-to-drawing generation services.

Generated drawings are created from your photos and prompts.

Abuse of our services will result in account review and possible termination.

Drawing Joy uses AI to generate drawings from your photos. AI-generated images are provided "as is".

You must not use the AI generation to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

Credits used for generation are non-refundable once consumed, except where generation failed (automatic refund).

Credits are required to generate drawings. Credits can be purchased in packs.

Unused credits do not expire.

You agree not to use Drawing Joy to:

All implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We shall not be liable for loss of profits or any special, indirect or consequential loss.
